Background and details:

The TRIAD Service Scholarship was established to further the goal of service as a value worthy of encouragement, acknowledgement, and reward within the OSU student community. Primary consideration will be given to undergraduates who are juniors or seniors during the 2017-2018 academic year. Evaluation will be based on undergraduate academic record (cumulative GPA, progress toward degree) and on service activities. Service includes any activities assisting organizations that provide services of value to the community. These activities may be with OSU organizations (academic, social, or student) or organizations in the local community and beyond. Although there is not a specific GPA requirement, the GPA will be taken into account in evaluating the application. In the past, successful candidates have generally had cumulative GPA's greater than 3.3.
